Your entire trip including arriving, departing, and climbing will take a total of 8 days. This means you will need to commit to taking this time off from work, plus additional days if you would like to add on excursions after your climb. Are you prepared to do this?*

EXPENSES AND FUNDRAISING
Africa New Life asks each climber to raise at least $5,000 on behalf of Africa New Life's Food & Care Program. Will you be committed to this fundraising goal and your share in it?*
Beyond Adventures, a safe and highly trusted trekking company, will guide you on the Lares Trail to Machu Picchu. Their top priority is your health and safety as they help you reach Machu Picchu. The cost for this extraordinary trip ranges from $5,500 to $6,000 and includes your hotel accommodations, trek, and meals. You may also need to rent climbing gear from Beyond Adventures. Please note that these trip costs are SEPARATE from your fundraising goal for Africa New Life's programs, and you are expected to cover all costs related to your climb.

CONDUCT
Are you willing to accept guidance and even critique as you proceed through fundraising and training, for your own benefit and the success of your team?*
Team chemistry and synergy is very important on this climb. If, at any time during your training and fundraising, your conduct is producing strife or offending other members of the team, Africa New Life staff, or Beyond Adventures staff, you may be asked to meet with Africa New Life leadership and, potentially, be asked to leave the team. This could put your trip deposit at risk. Can you agree to this?*
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
To climb the Lares Trek to Machu Picchu on behalf of Africa New Life, you must agree to the Statement of Faith below:

We believe the Bible to be the inspired and the only infallible, authoritative Word of God.

We believe that there is one God, eternally existent in three persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.

We believe in the deity of Christ, in His virgin birth, in His sinless life, in His miracles, in His vicarious and atoning death through His shed blood, in His bodily resurrection, in His ascension to the right hand of the Father, in His present rule as Head of the Church, and in His personal return in power and glory.

We believe that for the salvation of lost and sinful men, regeneration by the Holy Spirit is absolutely essential.

We believe in the present ministry of the Holy Spirit, by whose indwelling the Christian is enabled to live a godly life.

We believe in the spiritual unity of believers in our Lord Jesus Christ, with equality across racial, gender, and class difference.
